In this programme, that is a subset of Advanced Open Water Diver, there’s a long list of scuba adventures you can take part in while under the direct supervision of an instructor who is there to guide you at every step. Complete any three dives in different areas and you earn the Adventure Diver certification. It’s a great opportunity to build your scuba skills and gain more confidence, in a safe and structured way.
Like the Advanced Open Water Diver programme it is based on, you’ll read through the section of the eLearning manual before each of the adventure dives you choose, and then plan and make the dive safely with your instructor, applying your new knowledge and skills as you go
And as the PADI training programme is developed as a modular format, each Adventure Dive you make may also credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. Equally, if you’ve already taken a specialty diver course, you might have already earned a credit towards becoming an Adventure Diver.
